(Hereinafter: Kera-Med) manages the data of the visitors to the Website and the customers of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Affected) during the operation of the www.bogdankeramik.com website (hereinafter: The Website). The purpose of Kera-Med’s data management is to identify the visitors of the Website when using the services available through the Website; fulfillment of orders, home delivery, documentation and verification of the compliance of the fulfillment of the order, and, if necessary, enabling invoicing and proof of the concluded contracts.

Duration of data management

The processing of personal data that is mandatory from the point of starting the process of registration and lasts until the account is deleted. In the case of optional data, the data processing lasts from the date of providing the data until the deletion of the data in question. You can cancel your registration at any time by sending a cancellation request. In this case, the deadline for deleting the data is 10 workdays after receipt of the request. The data of the unregistered Affected, which you provide to Kera-Med during the order, will also be deleted from its system by Kera-Med within 5 working days after the completion of the order.

The logged data is stored for 6 months from the date of logging, except for the date of the last visit, which is automatically overwritten.

The above provisions do not affect the fulfillment of retention obligations specified in legal regulations (eg. accounting legislation) or the processing of data based on additional consents given during registration on the Website or in any other way.

In case of purchase, the billing data will be kept for 8 years according to the law.

The Kera-Med system may collect data on the activity of the Stakeholders, which cannot be linked to other data provided by the Stakeholder during registration, or to data generated when using other websites or services.

Cookie: The computer of the visitors of the Website is identified by a so-called cookie. In order to view all content on the Kera-Med Website, it is necessary to enable cookies on the part of the Affected. Rights and enforcement of the Affected

Right to information

At the request of the Affected, Kera-Med shall provide information on the data processed by it, the purpose of the data processing, the legal basis, the duration, as well as who receives or has received their data. Kera-Med will provide the requested information in writing within 25 days of the request.

The Affected may request the deletion or correction of his / her data

The Affected has the right at any time to request the correction or deletion of incorrectly recorded data at one of the contact details indicated below. Kera-Med will delete the data within 10 working days of receiving the request, in which case it will not be recoverable. The deletion does not apply to data processing required by law (e.g. accounting regulations), Kera-Med will retain them for the required period of time.

The Affected shall be notified of the rectification and erasure, as well as to all persons to whom the data have previously been transmitted for data processing purposes. The notification may be omitted if it does not infringe the Affected’s legitimate interests in view of the purpose of the data processing.

If the personal data does not correspond to reality and the personal data corresponding to reality is available to the data controller, the personal data shall be corrected by the data controller.

Personal data must be deleted if (a) its processing is unlawful; (b) the Affected so requests in an appropriate manner; (c) is incomplete or incorrect – and this condition cannot be legally remedied – provided that cancellation is not precluded by law; (d) the purpose of the data processing has ceased or the time limit for the storage of data specified by law has expired; (e) it has been ordered by a court or the NAIH.

The Affected may object to the processing of his or her personal data

The Affected may object to the processing of their personal data. Kera-Med will examine the protest as soon as possible, but not later than 15 days from the submission of the application, will make a decision on the merits and will inform the applicant of its decision in writing.
